张平就读于沉阳鲁迅美术学院， 中国辽宁省沉阳市中国画系。 1990年获得美术学士学位 毕业于鲁迅美术学院。 她住在北京，在那里有自己的工作室，并在那里进行绘画和展览。 此外，她还在该地区的大学教授艺术。 她在北京、中国、美国、欧洲和许多国际地点展出她的画作。
Zhangping studied at the Shenyang Lu Xun Fine Arts Academy,
Chinese Painting Department in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province China.
In 1990 year, she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts
from LuXun Academy of Fine Arts.
She lives in Beijing where she has her studio, and where she paints and exhibits her works. In addition, she teaches art at universities in the area.
She exhibits her paintings in Beijing, China, the USA, Europe, and many international locations.
